Paul Henry Merritt

An active member of Asbury United Methodist Church for over 51 years, Paul served in numerous roles, including the Finance Committee, Church Council, and as a Director of the Asbury Cafe.  His leadership in selecting recipients for the Emily Sannebeck Scholarship was marked by compassion and insight.

A service celebrating Paul's life was held on June 18, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Asbury United Methodist Church, located at 10000 Candelaria Rd. NE, Albuquerque, NM 87112. For those unable to attend in person, a livestream will be available at https://www.facebook.com/AsburyABQ/. 

The caring bereavement committee hosted a lovely reception immediately following the service.
