Operation Christmas Child is Underway!!

Asbury is once again partnering with Samaritan's Purse for Operation Christmas Child to send gift-filled shoeboxes to children around the world together with the message of the Gospel of Jesus!! Pick up your box in the narthex and return the week of November 18-25!

Box suggestions:  Include a "wow" item and other fun items.  Fill to the brim with things such as school supplies and personal care items.  Some ideas include soccer ball with pump, a stuffed animal, a musical instrument, or a larger toy. You can also check the Operation Christmas Child Amazon storefront.  

Do not include any of the following:

Candy, toothpaste, gum, used or damaged items, scary or war-related items such as toy guns, knives, or military figures, food, drink mixes (powdered or liquid); liquids or lotions; medications or vitamins, breakable items such as snow globes or glass container or aerosol cans.
