This group is offered to bring comfort and help you find solace, laughter, and a supportive community as you navigate through your journey of grief. Every grief experience is unique and there is no right or wrong way to experience it. However, you may find it can be easier with the support of others on the same journey.
This is an open group, meaning that while there is a topic at each meeting, there is not set curriculum and you are welcome to attend as often or as little as you need. The group is open to adults experiencing grief following the death of a loved one, is confidential, and free of charge, though donations are welcome to help cover the cost of supplies.
The group meets the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month at 2:00 pm.
